REFORMER CLASSES are the main times listed above.

A 55 minute Pilates class with up to five clients on reformers and using various other equipment.

Class times are designed to help clients find the right class for their schedule and to allow them to experience a variety of trainers. Sessions are taught by the month. Sign-up for the number of classes you want that month and pay the instructor for those classes. Classes are limited to five people and have a minimum number of three people required to maintain the reduced price of $30.00 each per class.

Purchasing a class package can save you $$$$. Package of 10 classes = $275.00 (6 month expiration date.)

Special Introductory Package $285.00 includes three private sessions and four classes.

Reformer classes do need some prior experience before starting. You can determine how much training you will need after a private session.

RUSSIAN KETTLEBELL CLASSES

A 30 minute Kettlebell class is taught in a small group. Class is $20.00.

Private sessions are needed before joining a class. Call certified trainer Shannon for more information 612-578-5175 and to schedule a free Introductory session.
